Yesterday was weigh in day and I gained point 9 of a lb. Not to cool but not the end of the road either expecially since TOM just arrived this morn. TMI!

So my husband has sort of jumped on the band wagon in that he finally buys turkey in place of beef…He can not seem to get the concept however to quit eating out so much on the weekends….He says that I should not be putting it on anyone else that these are my problem areas but that I should work around it and just order healthier.(Very True) BUT It seems to me that If this situation was reversed and it was my husband tryin to loose the weight I sure in the heck would hope that I would say yes if he asked me to quit eating out so much because I can’t control myself in these type of situation. ( I don’t think I made myself very clear in what I just said but hopefully you all get it)

So I know I am on this Journey on my own I understand that and I get it sometimes we all just could use a little help. I don’t think asking to eat out less is asking for the world and I also think it is do~able. But this I do know I will just work harder to make better choices when put in that enviroment and not expect anything from anyone else.

I got my husband to offer me a challenge toward my weight loss and here it is.

I have 1 mth to loose 10lbs If I do then I will be rewarded with a spa day(something that me and my good friend have been wanting to do together for a long time and this way I can justify it to myself) If I don’t meet the 10lb goal then I will still be rewarded with something but something less substansial.

So here is my plan.

1. I will make sure to get to Curves 3+ times a week.
rn
2. I will start walking during my lunch hour not sure how many times a week yet(gotta think about that one)

3. quit eating after 7:00 at nite
rn
4. Most importantly I will make better choices at fast food joints or at restuarants on the weekends.

5. Try to be more active at work and at nite at home.
